Because in this way Napoleon could put revolutionary thougths in the young animals, in this way the kids will be in favour the revolution instead of againts..

In my opinion, Napoleon whants to put revolucionary thoughs into the puppies mind, so they grow up with that ideals in their mind, taking it for granted.In that way they wont think of other politic regimen, never
As Napoleon wants to rule for ever, he inculcate the ideals of animalism in the youngs so they never forget them ans trasmit them to everyone
Great! So you all agree that maybe Napoleon wants to stay in power for a long time, so by educating the young under his principles, who do you think the 'grown up puppies' are going to follow? Do you think that Napoleon was bright in doing that? Why (not)?
well, since I see nobody refers to chapter 4, that it's about the first battle against humans, i would talk about what you said. i totally agree with tito and add what i said in the first comentario :p

i think that´s to take advantage of them so that they could form them in te way they want.
educating the young gives you the advantage of giving and teaching what you think is right. so in the future you this young animals will think like you and will obey you too. i think that this is the purpose of Napoleon.
